In both cases, a written agreement that specifies all the details, such us, building specifications, time schedule and agreed payments is signed between us.
• How am I expected to pay for the property?
   

  You are expected to give the 10% of the agreed price as a deposit. The rest of the money is up to the agreement- usually paid after the completion of each structural stage. The agreed amount of payments is approved by you

• Why buy off-plans?
   

  Buy off plans and you will have an inclusive price as well as the freedom to have your individual building design.

• What are my obligations when buying a property?
   

  You are expected to pay for the legal fees, the notary and the tax due to the transfer of the property. It is necessary for you to hire a lawyer to assist you and do all the paperwork for you.

• Why would I need a lawyer?
   

  A lawyer will protect your interest. In case you want to buy a property he will check the integrity of it. He will deal with matters that have to do with the I.R.S., the tax payments and the issue of the AΦΜ number and he should also be present when signing contract agreements.

• What is an ???¦?? number?
   

  It is a number for which you apply in the Tax Office and you need it in order to make any purchase or contract in our country

• What is the I.K.A.?
   

  It is a Social Security Public service where all the insurance fees for the workers are paid.
